Do you want to work in an international environment, at a fast-growing company with ambition and a good working atmosphere? As an internal sales account Manager, you not only contribute, but you make the difference at the world's number 1 in electric fences. 

What are you going to do?

In this job you oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, manage customer relations, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities by telephone and email. You can count on the support of the back office and the guidance of your manager customer service.

You will be responsible for creating an account plan, identifying potential in the market, after-sales, relationship management of the assigned accounts and realising set sales targets by achieving KPIs and targets. You also will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing the vision, strategy and purchasing policy of your accounts;
  • Sell annual/monthly promotions;
  • Collecting and documenting information about accounts, products and/or market knowledge;
  • Generating new orders and quotations;
  • Correct data processing in the CRM system.

What are your qualities?

  • You are fluent in English, Swedish, French or Flemish;
  • You have a mbo- or hbo-degree;
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role;
  • You have experience with customer service tools/software;
  • You are service-oriented, have a problem-solving mindset and oustanding communication skills.
